Summit Semiconductor provides design services and licenses IP for SiGe and GaAs integrated circuits for RF, microwave and millimeter-wave applications. We also provide IC backend processes management and design such as packaging, assembly, qualification, failure analysis and test.

Integrated Circuit Design Services
Our experience includes ICs for:
- Wireless applications
- X-band LNAs, Phase Shifters, Drivers, HPAs for T/R modules
- Ku band down converters
- Wide band phase shifters from 5-20 GHz
- Point to Point chip sets for 24GHz and 38GHz systems
- 77GHz ICs for automotive radar applications

Integrated Circuit IP Licensing
In addition to design services, we are able to license IP for SiGe and GaAs ICs. We have proven functional blocks for down converters, T/R systems and radar in the frequency range of 2-60GHz.

Back End Processes
A key to our success is our ability to provide IC backend processes. We are able to provide custom/semi custom package solutions, prototype assembly and test, guide your product through qualification, provide failure analysis as needed and develop/manage your supply chain for volume product.
